In recent years, reviews have become one of the most important references for customers when it comes to choosing a place to shop. But this recommendation system hasn’t stopped gaining popularity. But do we know how often do retailers respond to online reviews? or which review factors do customers care most about? or how are retailers encouraging consumers to leave a review?
To answer these questions, we surveyed 250 retailers and 250 consumers. By analysing that information we were able to see how both sides are aligned when it comes to what consumers want and what retailers are offering.
